After a brief delay in my blogging activity, I'm back at it - time to play catch up!

First things first. Since my mom, the English language perfectionist, has been reading our blog she has been on my case about my lack of proper punctuation and capitalization. It is my goal from here on out to blog/journal correctly. Wish me luck...
